Frontier Emergency Products is proud to announce the addition of Hose & Nozzle Testing to our list of specialty services.

After speaking with many customers and trying to find what additional needs we could service, we found that hose and nozzle testing would be a great benefits to our customers. There is no doubt that fire hose testing will take up more time and effort than just about any operation your department performs next to training. That’s where Frontier comes in. We can free up hours, sometimes days of your departments man hours.  Saving these valuable man-hours alone makes this a cost effective way of testing hose along with our very reasonable rates and options for testing. Best of all, YOU DO NOTHING - we'll do all work testing your hose professionally, efficiently, and safely!

What do you do next? 

You have two options:

*  First, you can bring your hose and nozzles to Frontier to be tested. Bring your apparatus to us, we will unload the hose and nozzles, test it and reload it at our Phoenix location.
* Second, you can schedule our mobile hose testing service to come to your location. Same great service at your location! **

 Either way when we are done, your hose and nozzles are tested to the strict NFPA standards, loaded as we found it, and your apparatus is ready to go back into service.

**** Please note mobile hose testing requires a minimum of 5,000 ft of hose to be tested.****

We adhere to strict testing guidelines which include:

·      Removal of all hose from fire trucks and racks

·      Cataloguing of all hose according to size, length, and manufacturer

·      Ensure all hose have Frontier certification ID's on each end of hose

· Color code each hose for visual inspections

· Service Test each hose length  per NFPA 1962 guidelines

· Record results for certification

· Drain, roll, and repack hose (with fire department supervision)

· You receive a Certification of Completion, Summary Report, a CD of entire hose inventory, and an automatic annual reminder each year!
